The last two days I made a choice, either get up at the crack of dawn to write a blog and try and outsmart the Internet here or just sleep an extra two hours and be out of the room by ten, so you guessed it, I decided to sleep in and forget about blogging. It's really late here and rather than posting nothing tomorrow as I have to get up and pack and go to the airport I thought I would just put up a few photos of the last two days and call it a blog.

LIVING NOT BLOGGING

The last two days I made a choice, either get up at the crack of dawn to write a blog and try and outsmart the Internet here or just sleep an extra two hours and be out of the room by ten, so you guessed it, I decided to sleep in and forget about blogging.

It’s really late here and rather than posting nothing tomorrow as I have to get up and pack and go to the airport I thought I would just put up a few photos of the last two days and call it a blog….

Today was gorgeous, after three days of rain and cold we woke up to sunshine and Spring or least it felt that way.

Taylor and I hustled out to make it to the Musee Des Arts Decoratifs for the  first day of the Louis Vuitton ~ Marc Jacobs Show. I know high culture, but we wanted to see it. While the Jacobs/Vuitton show is fun,  the show that really made an impression was the Jean Paul Goude. That will be a blog itself when I get home.

A taste of Jean Paul Goude

He became well known when Grace Jones became his muse, but that is just a small part of it.

The only photo I could get at the Marc Jacobs show. They had people everywhere who were barking put away the iPhones. I couldn't not take this one of the Richard Prince Nurse Bags.

Don't ask why, this window of Diptyque appealed to me. It said SPRING.
So did these
This says Paris - obvious but Paris

This says wonderful memories of this time last year and good times have every time we go by and see all our wonderful friends at Shakespeare and Co.

And isn't that what this city is all about?

The clock says one and I have to get up and pack….at least I got a blog in.

More when I return.
